Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
An 8 week journey for 16-25 year olds, based on the MBSR programme.
Our youth are experiencing unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety and depression. This offering aims to equip young people with tools and skills to support themselves in these uncertain times.

About the Facilitators

Linda Veitch is an accredited Mindfulness teacher (post-graduate certificate, Stellenbosch University; Mindful Educators Essentials, Mindful Schools USA) and experienced educator with a special interest in the emotional well-being of children and young adults.
Linda started Blue Star Small School and has experience in group facilitation, family mediation, counselling, training and teaching. She is also a qualified Enneagram practitioner.

Keriesa Botha is an experienced Life Coach, Counsellor and Facilitator. She qualified as an MBSR teacher through the University of Stellenbosch and IMISA. She has a Masters Degree in Leadership and Change Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK.
Keriesa is also a TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) Practitioner and loves working with Youth Development.
